Accommodations

You will feel at home and enjoy settling in for a while in our beautifully decorated and comfortably furnished tri-level rental townhouses. Each unit in this village-like resort has a spacious living area that has plenty of windows to let in the sunshine and the warm tropical breezes. The fully equipped kitchen feels open and airy, with a full breakfast-bar opening to the dining area. The living room area has cozy furniture and a color TV with basic cable and a DVD and/or VCR.

A screened-in porch that adjoins the living room area invites you to sit out and enjoy the breeze and wonderful views of our nature preserves. You can also enjoy our nature preserve areas as you walk along the lighted boardwalks that join the resort’s three main areas.

The bedrooms are nicely furnished and decorated, and you will appreciate the generous closet space. The linens are fresh, and the bathrooms are clean and up-to-date. All units are equipped with a washer/dryer for your convenience. Two-bedroom units have a full bath off the master bedroom, with double-sink vanities. These units can accommodate up to six people, utilizing a sleeper sofa and or a Rollaway. We also have single and three-bedroom units available.

Each townhouse has a single-car garage with an automatic door opener, and additional parking is available. Local phone service is provided. Wireless Internet access is available in and around the clubhouse for free.
All that comes with member privileges for the Cedars Tennis and Fitness Club on Longboat Key, Florida and of course, all of our guests are welcome to enjoy the wonderful Amenities at Cedars Tennis Resort.

There is a one-week minimum rental on all units. Maid service can be provided, if requested, at an additional cost. Rental units in some sections of the resort allow small pets, but there is an additional pet fee. Please ask for details.
